Brian was very patient and understanding in a very stressful situation! I called 3 other towing companies and they either didnt answer or put me on hold twice and didn't come back to me. Brian assured me he would get my daughter's car that was totaled and kept his promise! Highly recommend!

My car had a starter problem, couldn’t start, I look up towing and came across BNT, I call them, answer the phone told them my problem and give them the location. In ten minutes they were there, I was surprised, because most towing takes 30 minutes to an hour Thanks

Amazing amazing service. I had two tows in the last two weeks with different drivers and they both were so friendly, professional, and most importantly TIMELY. When AAA couldn’t find me a tow and had me on the road for 4 hrs, these guys showed up in 40 minutes and gave me updates on their location. Their guys seem to always be available when I call. Great great service.
